Our team consists of a handful highly skilled architects and designers united by a clear ambition: honest, resonant design executed with precision. Based in Stockholm, we work throughout Sweden as well as internationally – through the years we have been involved in different types of projects across Scandinavia, Europe, USA as well as Asia. This broad geographical and typological range has shaped a practice comfortable at every scale, a trait which has proven greatly beneficial in private and commercial projects alike. Based in exclusive residential projects our projects have spanned all the way from small cabins in the wilderness to major commercial developments in global capitals.
Studio RAM was founded by Principal Architect Ariel Ramirez. Educated in Stockholm and New York, and shaped by several years in Japan, his practice marries Scandinavian rigor with a Japanese sensitivity to light, material and nature. An ongoing interest in neuroscience and behavioral psychology informs the work: how spaces guide attention, support well-being and shape social patterns. Prior leadership roles in global brand management and real estate development add a strategic dimension to the studio’s design methodology.
